Thank you "Restless Voyageur"

During the five days we stayed in Varanasi, two - or sometimes 3 - of our meals were taken there. After climbing up the stairs, you will find the typically Asian nice habit of taking off the shoes before getting into a place. The staff will spot you and as soon as you choose where to sit, they will come will and/or turn on the fan to your comfort. So, you don't need to choose the place where there is a fan that is already running. They are very good at predicting what the customer may be more comfortable with...When going to the toilets, for instance, you'll find not only that it is super clean, but also that there's a pair of flip flops for you to use it, since your shoes were left at the entrance door. And if you order a toast for breakfast they ask you if you want your coffee to come along with it, or before it. As the fruit salad is fresh and cut on demand, you can say which fruit you wouldn't like to be in it. And, in case you get the flu, as we did, they have a fresh lemon ginger honey tea! We have ordered pasta, Indian food, crêpes, pancakes, sandwiches, etc. It was everything simply perfect. We lived in France some time ago and I risk to say that it's by far one of - if not - THE best crêpes we've ever tasted! The red sauce pasta was simply perfectly cooked as well! The lemon pie is a must... well, it's difficult to give advice on what to eat, because everything we ate was so well cooked, that thoughts like "Donno if I eat that because it might not be that good..." never crossed our minds. On top of all the above, the owners are very careful about food presentation. Starting with the china they use to serve the food in. It was a pleasure to be there for so many times... The efforts they put into making the customers have a pleasant time are almost tangible, as it can be noticed in each and every action. And they certainly get the job done! We highly recommend this restaurant! Don't miss it, if in Varanasi.
